Mental Health Awareness Week
05. – 09. May 2025
Mental disorders and their treatment are still a taboo subject in society, fueling fears and discouraging those affected from seeking help. Yet mental health affects us all, and it is important to talk openly about challenges in order to facilitate access to support and resources for students - without stigmatization.
In the week from 05.05. - 09.05.2025, we are offering both face-to-face and online events on the topics of mental health, mindfulness and self-care. The aim is to bring the topic closer in an empathetic way and reduce stigmatization. Participation in all events is free of charge and is aimed at all interested students, regardless of whether they have already experienced mental stress or not.
You are not alone.

Mindfulness profile
09:00 – 15:00, Audimax Foyer
Our everyday lives are constantly characterised by new tasks and distractions. We do many things on the side while rushing to the next task in a hectic rush. Mindfulness is a valuable and effective resource for putting a significant damper on (everyday) stress.
At the stand, you have the opportunity to determine your personal mindfulness score. With the help of various statements, you assess the intensity that is right for you, from which an individual score is calculated. The result is displayed both numerically and visually. Based on your values and preferences, you will receive personalised recommendations for action - directly on site and in a personal consultation.
The stand is open during the entire event. You can drop by flexibly and without registration. This event is organised in cooperation with Techniker Krankenkasse.
