As the Department of Study Matters, we are your point of contact for all aspects of your studies. This means, for example:

• for questions and problems in connection with examinations,
• if you did not get a place in a required course,
• in the event of faults during an examination that you wish to complain about,
• if you have to make a statement to the university on examination matters
• or need help with communication and conflict resolution with lecturers. 
• And also if you simply have questions about learning at the CAU itself.

It doesn't matter whether you just want some advice or would like to discuss a solution with us directly - we are here for you. In addition to providing advice and mediation in the event of challenges during studies, we in the department are dedicated to the task of improving the study conditions at our university. Our aim is to make them as student-friendly as possible. This is a big task, but we are keeping at it. We look at the existing regulations and develop suggestions for improvement. Feel free to contact us if there is something that is preventing you from studying in the best possible way. Your perspectives and suggestions for improvement are important to us and help us in our efforts to improve study conditions. We work together with the other AStA representatives and other student committees and representatives.
