Finances

The finance department monitors and plans all of the student body's financial transactions. The department's tasks include

• Creation of the budget plan
• Documentation of the AStA's income and expenditure
• Information on the current budget status
• Control of the student council finances
• Administration of the student council semester grants
• Administration of grants for foreign student organisations

Student council finances

The representatives for student council finances are available to the financial officers of the student council representatives for all matters relating to the handling of finances and accounting. They can be contacted by email at fachschaftsfinanzen@asta.uni-kiel.de.

During the lecture period, there are several consultation hours during the week. You can find the current times in the info box on the side. Outside of the lecture period, appointments can be made by e-mail, even at short notice.
